Due to the nature of digital products, all ebook sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds under these circumstances:
- Technical issues preventing access to purchased content
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Unauthorized charges on your account
- Content significantly different from what was described
2. Refund Timeframes
- Digital Ebooks: Within 7 days of purchase
- Coaching Services: Within 48 hours before the scheduled session
- Complete Package: Within 14 days, provided less than 25% of content has been accessed
3. Coaching Cancellations
- 48+ hours before appointment: Full refund
- 24–48 hours before: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before: No refund
- Emergency situations evaluated case-by-case
4. How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within the applicable refund window
- Provide your PayPal transaction ID and purchase details
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Include any relevant screenshots or documentation
5. Refund Processing
- Processing time: 3–5 business days
- Refunds issued to the original PayPal account
- Email confirmation sent once processed
- Access to purchased digital content will be revoked
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed coaching sessions
- Custom or personalized content
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
